1. Business Model

DropZen operates  an order collection platform. Once an order is placed, it is forwarded to our verified fulfillment partners who handle packaging and delivery directly to the customer.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and service location.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–8 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are included in the final product price unless stated otherwise at the time of order placement.


5. Delivery Delays

DropZen is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, public holidays, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.


7. RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned to origin due to customer unavailability or refusal, future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted. Reshipment will be at the discretion of DropZen.


8. Damaged Parcel

If the parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video and report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for proper investigation.
