Thank you for shopping with DropZen. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Business Model
DropZen operates as an order collection and processing platform. We collect customer orders and forward them to our verified clients who handle product fulfillment and delivery. DropZen does not directly manufacture, stock, or ship products.
2. Return Eligibility
A return request may be accepted only if the product was damaged during delivery, the wrong product was delivered, or the product has a major manufacturing defect. The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Unboxing video or photo proof may be required for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, minor color or design variations due to screen differences, incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, or refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
4. Refund Process
Once the return request is approved after verification with the fulfillment partner, the product may be picked up (if applicable). After inspection and confirmation, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or provides incorrect information leading to RTO, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to approval.
7. Important Note – Fraud Protection
If any customer experiences fraud, unauthorized transaction, or suspicious activity related to an order placed through DropZen, they must immediately inform DropZen through our official support channels. DropZen will investigate the matter in coordination with the concerned fulfillment partner and assist in initiating a fair refund process wherever applicable, subject to proper verification and proof.
