3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure availability at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Providing incorrect address or contact details may lead to order cancellation.

4. Refusal of Delivery

Unjustified refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in restriction or permanent blocking of future orders from the same customer details.

All prices listed on the website are final at the time of order placement. DropZen reserves the right to modify product pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Fraud Prevention

DropZen reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, fake booking, or misuse of the COD facility.
